Anastasia Salonga

Anastasia grew up in Siberia, Russia before relocating to Virginia Beach in early 2004. Anastasia began her journey in Real Estate in 2007. What started as a blind leap of faith has turned into a lifelong passion for her. Outside of being an incredible Realtor, Anastasia has equally important rolls to play in her life- devoted wife and loving mother. Anastasia and her husband, Michael, married in 2006 and are the proud parents of 3 handsome boys- Alex, Max and Kai. When she is not working, Anastasia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and attending her boys sporting events.
Anastasia specializes in assisting investors with building a profitable Real Estate portfolio as well as working with home buyers and sellers. She is a high energy person who loves a challenge.

Michael Salonga

Property Manager / Realtor 

Michael moved to Virginia Beach in 1988 as a small child and excelled throughout his school years here, eventually graduating from Ocean Lakes High School and achieving a degree in business management and administration at Old Dominion. Michael spent many years managing for 18 yrs local McDonald's stores before making the leap into the Real Estate Industry in 2012. From the moment he began, he knew he had found his calling. Outside of Real Estate, Michael is also a proud Navy Reservist stationed here locally at NAS Oceana. He takes great pride in representing his country. Michael is also active in the Boy Scouts of America program and PTA programs for his young sons. Michael enjoys golfing, fishing and cooking for a crowd!
Michael specializes in productive Open Houses, assisting buyers, negotiations, military relocation and assisting sellers. No matter how many hats he's juggling, you'll always find him with a smile on his face!
